Problems with your roku or fire-stick? Try this

When you have an issue with a streaming device – try this little trick. Disconnect the power source for 10 seconds then reconnect the power.

The device may take a few minutes to complete its recycle but then it should be working fine.

I have found the same problem with the roku remote – disconnecting one of the batteries for a few seconds resolves the issue.
